Had two of this delivered. First of all, they are really heavy (117 lbs per box!), had to open the boxes outside and carry the parts inside the house since I had no help. Can't believe these are covered by Amazon Prime's free 2-day shipping! wow, what a steal! Secondly, the shelves are of very good quality, made of thick steel wires and the casters are also very sturdy. Everything looks and feel overbuilt. They are very easy to assemble, did it myself without even reading the manual -I'm a guy ha ha-, no tools needed, just a couple of neurons. Cliff notes: assemble the tubes and screw in casters, lying on the floor, put first shelf, secure it and then the put the other ones. Once you're done, pull it up. Hard to believe the tiny sleeves can handle all that weight but they use physics to lock in (cone shaped holes & sleeves wedge inthe poles), very clever. Highly recommended shelves. BTW, I saw similar but smaller shelves (48' wide only) for >$350 at a local store!
UPDATE 11/27/11 the price went up $45 from $184 to $230! wait until it goes down again.

Fantastic product....great quality, strength and far superior to plastic! A snap to assemble and the flexibility of shelving placement is exceptional. The locking wheel casters make location placement a snap. I was so impressed that I just bought the smaller version.

This was exactly what we were looking for at our office. Very high quality castors, with two lockable ones, extremely quick and easy assembly. The 24" depth is a major plus compared to most wire shelves, and this one is plenty reinforced - we've already filled it up and there's no sign of sagging, I think they were very conservative on the weight/load ratings.
If only Amazon had actually properly packaged it, perhaps a second outer carton, with the inner one reinforced with fiber tape or nylon straps? The darn box fell apart COMPLETELY in the back of the FedEx truck, it's hard to contain 117lb (most of which in 5 large metal objects) in a single layer of corrugated cardboard :(
Thankfully no parts were lost and my FedEx driver was helpful in gathering the mess and carrying it up piece-by-piece but that could have been avoided.
