This is an extremely flimsy frame, and looks fairly junky if you get closer than six feet from it; don't buy it unless you have no other choice

The plastic isn't as clear as I would have liked and I don't like the hanging mechanism. However, I kept it and it looks fine now that it is up.

I was not totally happy with the product. The 14x20 size referred to the back placement for a print and the very wide front frame covered the picture. I lost a lot of edge detail. After calling the customer service line, no one answered. I left a message and no one returned my call. After a couple days I let it go and used the frame I was unhappy with as it was.
