Bought for a Softtail Harley Night Train with no windshield. Got the next size up as recommended by someone else, and it's right on. Plenty of room left over for a windshield, sissy bar, the saddlebags, etc.
The material isn't as thick as covers in the past, and that's too bad. I anticipate a decent life span from this, but companies nowadays are always cheapening things to save money but wind up hurting their reputations when their products wear out quicker. That's my only complaint on this item - it should have been a heavier weight. Oops - the strap should have been located further rearward. Even the cotton lining for your windshield is too thin. Having said this tho', it's way less costlier than the H-D equivalent and includes more useful features such as little hanging interior pockets to hold motion sensitive alarms (which they sell), a covered air hole or two for circulation/breathability, and exhaust pipe panels on each lower side.
For my research done, I believe I found the best for my money. My bike is always parked outside, and has been for the 5 years I've had it. Two H-D covers in 5 years is a joke; at well over a hundred bucks each, and I thought at first they'd be great covers. I'd end up after awhile drying them on high heat to reactivate the chemical water-repellant material until after say, 8 to 10 months of age that didn't work anymore. Turns out that's mostly true for teflon used in Gore-Tex and all the rest of those chemical treatments. FWIW, I live in the Mid-Atlantic region weatherwise.
It's rained a few times since purchase, and repelled the stuff like newly waxed paint. I'm pretty satisfied at this early stage.

I bought this for my 2005 Yamaha FZ6 with a 46litre Givi top case and no side-racks. It fits over everything but doesn't quite protect the chain and rear sprocket. If you want the cover to go all the way to ground and you have a similar setup as mine, you might want to go with the next size up (although I've never seen one so I'm not certain of the fit).
The materials are great, rock solid, and you can't beat if for the price. I've heard of folks returning theirs after 10years because of small tear and getting a whole new one. Can't go wrong.

Bought this to replace a trackside cover that only lasted for one year. So far, it is holding up against the heat and rain. The material is thick and durable. I keep my bike outside all the time, so I need a good cover for it, and so far, it is doing it's job. Highly recommend.
