I bought for my father and it doesn't work. He is still snoring. The pillow is too small. If bigger would be better. Price isn't good either. Will not buy another one.

My husband is a very deep and loud snorer. Even with a fan on high and a sound machine, I still ended up changing to another bed in the middle of the night (after I had been woken up 6 or 7 times!) When I was trying to fall asleep the anxiety of knowing it was "coming" was making me crazy. I bought this pillow a couple of weeks ago, with the hope that it would help enough for me to sleep a little better, but it stopped ALL of the loud snoring and he only snores softly a couple of times a night!! He likes the shape and support of the pillow. The only issue we have is that the adhesive the foam pieces are held together with has a strong odor. But that is something we both can deal with for a great night's sleep!
Well, I wrote the above and then after 2 weeks (I guess the foam crushed down a little) it stopped working. I was so hopeful, but it is not a solution for us at all!!

The Science of Sleep Snore No More Pillow wasn,t exactly the answer to all of my questions, but it does help. Not knowing if a pillow would offer any relief at all, I opted to save about thirty bucks and purchased this one. In retrospect I wish I spent the extra got the pillow with the arm indents. It's not the most comfortable thing in the world either but a little peace and quiet is worth the trade. I guess I would reccomend the pillow and try it out.
